What utilities are included in rent?
Utilities vary by property. Residents are typically responsible for all utilities for the home, such as electricity, water, sewer, sanitation, and gas. Some properties are on wells and septic tanks.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Residents can easily submit requests online through the Resident Portal, and our local team responds quickly to keep your home comfortable.
How long are your lease terms?
We primarily offer 12-month leases, with renewal options available. Longer leases help keep your monthly rent stable. After the first year, we also offer a two year lease option.
Are pets allowed?
For the well-being of our community, we maintain a no-pet policy at this time.
What is the smoking policy?
All of our units are non-smoking homes.
